Pertaining to Glock Pistol Barrels:
"I shot both Glocks for accuracy at 25 yards....The standard Glock shot groups measuring 3.3" to 4.6"....the one with the Jarvis barrel shot the best group of 1.3". "...range session with the Jarvis 597 was a real eye opener. Although the best overall average was with the Ely EPS stuff, which came in at .48 of an inch, the single best group was with the PMC Match fodder, which measured a scant .25 of an inch. The trigger broke at a very crisp 2 1/2 pounds as advertised and played no small role in the results obtained. The straight-line thumbhole stock made for a very comfortable arrangement for offhand shooting. It would appear that if any .22 autoloading rifle has a chance at offering serious competition to the spate of customized ruger 10/22s out there, it very well could be a seriously accurate, tricked-out Remington 597 along the lines of what Bill Jarvis has created."
